What You Need to Do to Enroll for a Course
Have a valid Picture Id and a Valid Social Security Card ... Complete other enrollment forms in office and Pay your tuition for enrolled class ...Purchase your required Book and Workbook for BNATP Course and white scrub bottoms and shoes
Phlebotomy Technician purchase your book before course starts purchase red scrub bottoms
Have current results of TB Test & COVID Vaccine documented

Monday, Tuesday ,Thursday
PHLEBOTOMY TECHNICIAN TRAINING ( CPT )
6 weeks to complete Course meets 2 days a week and alternate a Saturday's for Lab Clinical .... Sessions 2days a week with a selected Saturday date
